SHELF COMPANIES

Establishing and registering a new company in Poland is a time consuming process that can take up to 8 weeks.

The shelf companies are established by ARPI & Partners; therefore it is their sole shareholder. We guarantee that the companies have not conducted any business activities beforehand, have no commercial obligations or assets and do not employ staff.

The shelf companies are fully operational entities including:

  • Registered seat in Warsaw
  • Minimum Statutory share capital (5.000 PLN paid into company’s bank account) or company with 50.000 PLN in share capital
  • Flexible articles of association
  • Commercial Court Registration
  • Working Bank Account
  • National Statistical Office Registration
  • Tax Registration (CIT, VAT, VAT-EU)
  • Up to date accounting records and financial statements

All further changes to the company (change of the registered address, change of board of directors, notifications to other reporting bodies) can be serviced by ARPI & Partners.
